Hard work - Encroaches on evening free time. Endless pressure from program managers in the US and little positive feedback. HR are steely cold and corporate in style.

This comes from a software engineer's perspective. Good knowledgeable engineers to work with. Good benefits, stock plans. Some interesting software to work on.

Cons

Can be very fast-paced at times. Interesting work is not shared amongst all engineers within the team. Lack of interesting training for software professional, training more hardware-oriented. The shutdown of cellular division is questionable business decision, but is business after all.
