      Pros

      Good work environment and benefits, work can get crazy when it comes to those days. Overall a decent company.

      Cons

      The engineers are being treated with less and less importance after the management is taken over by the professional managers.

      Pros

      The compensation and benefits were good. The teamwork at the company was very good and enabled us all to get our work done fast.

      Cons

      Broadcom didn't seem to know what the customers wanted. We were always developing product that was too late and didn't have the features to compete in the market.

      Pros

      The management doesn't hesitate to get the best of available equipment and resources. There will be training sessions every month, which will be very useful for broadening your horizons. I never had any issues regarding work-life balance. Work routine will span around 10~12 hours and no intervention on weekends. Compensation will be better than market standards.

      Cons

      They pay good while joining. But hikes will hardly be 10~15%. When stock options are also considered, it seems OK.
