      Pros

      Great co-workers. Some of the best in Industry Challenging work. Brings the best out of everybody. Good compensation and Recognition Very Flexible timing The mentoring is really good as the people most respected are those who help others best.

      Cons

      The work life is pretty hectic. The gender-ratio is seriously skewed against women. Bad HR policies.

      Benefits are very good overall, vacation policy is good (if you can use it)

      Cons

      Job requirements, hours, and expectations are very misaligned with salary. No recognition or reward for endless hours/days/months of personal sacrifice, no down time, no recognition/reward for going over and beyond to meet impossible schedules.
