Pros

Unlimited Time off- Request it, as long as your manager approves, you're good to go. I really love my manager and their manager.

Cons

After COVID shut everything down, we went WFH full time. Mr. Tan didn't appreciate no butts in chairs. With restrictions shutting down, unless you have a COVID related symptom, your butt needs to be in the office. Upper management seems focused on the top dollar and not your well being.

Pros

There is only one Pros : good number of shares but only if your job is secure.

Cons

There is list which new people should consider before joining 1. Worst work environment. : In pandemic people were forced to come to office. 2. Worst front line managers : If you are not aligned to dump manger then your job is at risk even if your are doing great. 3. Worst top management : They don't care about employee. Every 6 months firing happens and pressure is built on remaining people for work. Compensation decisions are highly dependent on management and individual performance is neglected many times. 4. CEO has his own way of thinking (people should be in office in Pandemic as WFH is not effective :) ) 5. Worst HR : HRs are just puppets and mostly find ways to harass employee based on policy decision by top management. 6. Worst job security : you don't know when your job will be at risk. Software group people are at more risk as many acquisition are happening. So be careful if plan to join any software group (CA, Symantec ) Company is paying good amount of shares and consider you as high RSUed slaves.
