Where do you start? No diversity and inclusion, no career development, no ability to gain any sort of meaningful experience. If you say "yes" to leadership then you're in favor. No one works together - everyone works against each other. So much rudeness and disrespect amongst people. The culture is so toxic, it makes it a very negative place to work. Poor salary, justified by RSUs, which doesn't make up for the low salary in reality. No scope for a wide job description as the company doesn't believe in thinking outside of the box. You're expected by directors to be available whenever they decide - you're not supposed to have a life outside of Broadcom.

Constant changes in accounts we manage, too many accounts per rep and a lot employees leaving. Slow backfill. Unrealistic workload and team mission with the resources available
