Good exposure to a variety of systems

Cons

Overworked due to management making promises to clients they cannot keep. Not enough staff to manage the workloads Work constantly scrutinised Staff turnover is ridiculous for such a small company. More then 17people left in less then 12months

Hello and thank you for your honest feedback. During these uncertain times, it has been particularly challenging to match our resourcing levels to expected workloads on our Service Desk. We have now taken steps to address these issues so I hope you are seeing an improvement, but please let me know if you have any further concerns. We have also completed salary reviews in the last couple of weeks, so you should have had the opportunity to discuss this with your line manager.
