Pros

Hybrid set up Free food when you report onsite Regular free swags Work-life balance (because there's barely any work to be done)

Cons

Hard to explain how disappointing this company is once you're inside. - Minimalist to zero career growth even if you're already an expert at what you do because this is only for the favorites. - People talk about impostor syndrome, especially the upper management, only because they really don't know what they're doing - Cult like attitude for those who have been with the company for a really long time - They will gaslight you when you start to question them - People are snowflakes, super sensitive. Can't handle criticisms but can't even give proper feedback - I'm not sure how they train their Coaches, but I really had a bad one. She accepted all types of feedback without probing or clarifying what happened. So when I asked her about it, she didn't know what the feedback was about. - For a company that promotes BEING A GOOD HUMAN and EMPOWERING OTHERS they like to throw people under a bus just to satisfy upper management

Pros

- I work with lots of smart people. - The perks are nice. - The product is useful. - I think the stock options will actually materialize into something real.

Cons

Canva seems to think it's a fast-moving "agile" start-up, but that's not how I've experienced it. People are drowning in design docs to move things forward and there's very little trust from senior management.
