Decisions are often made by stakeholders rather than the most experienced specialists, which means you may spend more time trying to get approvals than actually working on your SEO strategy. Strategic changes can happen suddenly and are not always data-driven, there is a high level of bureaucracy, and gaining access to essential tools can take far too long.

Cons

- A very verryyy confusing skills assessment for promotion - Vague performance review. They based your salary increase depends on the good feedback you get from your coach and peers. - Great culture at first but it became messy when they added leadership team members from US. - Poor communication channels from leadership team. - Unclear explanation on recent layoffs they made in Finance. - They cost-cut but spends a loooot of discretionary expenses.

Culture is deteriorating in some teams due to massive hiring of upper management that bring in their corporatey kpi-first culture. Not a lot of career growth outlook. It seems it is easy to replace people with external hires than to focus on developing them.
