Terrible pay raises -- I received a 2% raise in a year with 7% inflation. Terrible internal talent matching -- The company has an extremely inefficient and disorganized process in place for matching employees with available roles. I spent inordinate amounts of time in limbo, unassigned to any role, and many other employees I talked to had similar experiences. Terrible work environment -- In 2 out of the 4 roles I've worked at this company, I found myself in what most people would consider a hostile work environment. In both cases, it was due to the toxic habits and personality traits of a single member of the team.

1) Very slow and dull organization. No transparency in policies. If you are coming from a good mid or large service org, you will feel like working in a BPO when you join Capgemini 2) Standard Chartered bank account in Chennai and Bangalore is very toxic and political. Dull leadership, regionalism. Laterals don't feel welcome. Please check if you are being hired for this account. Also, 90% support projects. Forget career growth 3) Worst Medical insurance coverage in industry that too paid 4) Overall a very dodgy company with fake image
