Pros

The 3 week training can be fun at the start of employment. That is all

Cons

Management unfair and your just a number, ops managers even more unfair and don’t care for your wellbeing, can’t even take a toilet break without “owing them time” different rules for different people, the only reason there is a higher ‘recommend a friend’ percentage is because people recommend in the early stages to earn extra money but hardly anyone “passes there probation” unless your a superstar who understands the job indefinitely. I left on my own accord and in my final pay they didn’t pay me what I was owed.... Avoid like the plague... not one person (except management) said they actually enjoyed there job.
