UK based FTSE 100 company Good package as compared to other BPO companies Good HR and selection process (in pune) New businesses added to the company Serves private as well as public sector in the UK that means this company is relatively more stable

Cons

Too many changes in the team. Our manager/team was changed four times in 3 months. No fixed week offs No or little support

Pros

Better than minimum wage pay.

Cons

Management. Management. Management. Don't treat you like a human. Not allowed to move from the desk for toilet usage. Don't understand that someone would need time off when a family member dies ( this is why I left ).
