      Can't even take a sick day off

      Pros

      Nothing is good, maybe working from home option, save yourself and don't work in this hellish place.

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely minimum. Not seen as a human, called in sick but got told I can't take a day off, have to work with regardless of how you feel because it's "working from home"... what is this dictatorship behaviour.

      Nothing at all, probably few work colleagues but you can't even interact with them as you get no time to do that.

      Cons

      no job work-life balance, no salary/benefits rewards, no job security/advancement, useless management, no job culture, favoritism, double standards, no social life, inhumane treatment, workplace oppression

      fear culture, you are not a person you are a number, managers couldn't give a s*it about you. everything is used for a documented disssion and you are in constant fear of missing a word and get fired because of it. no breaks, even to go to bathroom everything is controlled and the micromanagement is unbearable. schedules are almost slavery, working 22 hours a day, and not possible to take your days off in one go, so couldn't go for a mini-break or anything, because you would have to go to back. Weekends?? What's that?? horrible work culture.
