physiological nighmare - Recontracting (O2) Capita Employee Review

fear culture, you are not a person you are a number, managers couldn't give a s*it about you. everything is used for a documented disssion and you are in constant fear of missing a word and get fired because of it. no breaks, even to go to bathroom everything is controlled and the micromanagement is unbearable. schedules are almost slavery, working 22 hours a day, and not possible to take your days off in one go, so couldn't go for a mini-break or anything, because you would have to go to back. Weekends?? What's that?? horrible work culture.
