It's where developers go to die.
Pros
It's steady, reliable, quiet and easy work. You can be comfortably numb. Oh, I have to type for longer in a positive manner, well... if you enjoy the prices and nutritional value of american coffee shops that don't pay tax here then there is a slightly subsidized one in-house with a trolley that comes past your desk every single day so you barely have to move to get your fill of sugar and fat :-)
Cons
There are separate teams for most tasks, so most people do the same very limited range of tasks over and over and over and over and over and over again. Like working on a production line or with fast food. The CEO type person of the parent company resigned a few years back to stop news stories linking large donations to the government to the large number of government contracts the company were awarded. It's a very complicated issue, but in summary, one of their clients is widely regarded as one of the largest and most unethical companies in the world.
