      Some good people, mainly through aquisition. Large BPO contracts provide stability

      Cons

      only the group sales team are risk averse and innovative. everywhere else innovation and decision making is stifled

      Pros

      The people were good, the company is well ahead of competitors in the outsourcing industry - they pay a (very) decent wage, encourage development, and install a sense of pride working for the company.

      Cons

      Short term contracts have been the norm - perhaps not the companies fault but I would err on the side of caution if applying for work with them.
