Hi, many thanks for taking the time to leave the review. Really pleased you've picked up on the purpose-led aspect of what we are trying to achieve. It's really important that is recognised. Thanks again! Matt.

Pros

Training good after that it’s all downhill rapidly , and free parking !

Cons

have to owe back any toilet breaks to the second , literally following a computer led schedule which if you deviate from you are in trouble , kpi,s are all they interested in and no matter how much you exceed those targets there is NO reward , no praise nothing , some managers are complete bullies and enjoy putting employees down in front of others

Pros

Good hours, free coffee (though it tastes awful), majority of staff are friendly.

Cons

Lord, where do I start. It's completely barbaric that employees are expected to log in their bathroom breaks, coffee breaks and lunch breaks to the absolute second. Forced to donate to mysterious unknown charities every week, and failure to do so will result in the money being taken out of your monthly pay. "Training" was absolutely diabolical, especially since I was told that “full training would be provided”. The person training me would sigh, grunt and roll his eyes every time I asked a question. Management seems to favour certain employees over others, giving them special treatment when it comes to extra time off and sick days, which is completely unfair to the rest of us who work twice as hard for less pay. And speaking of the pay, it was not worth it considering the amount of work we were expected to do. We were expected to complete the work in a timely manner, which is fair, but this was made impossible due to the fact that the computers made available to us were at least 10 years old and were not physically able to keep up with the workload. I was absolutely not surprised in the slightest to learn that they have an abnormally high staff turnover rate. They prioritise profit over their employees, spending as little as they legally can on pay, holidays and even the workplace comfort of their staff. It’s an appalling way to treat anyone, let alone who are practically making your money for you. A month before I left, a colleague, who had been with the company for 8 years, sent an email around the office to say that they were moving on to a new job and that they hoped the grass “at least vaguely resembles and sort of green-ish colour one the other side”, and that really says it all.
