The most incompetent HR team (in Pune ) I have ever came across in my whole IT career.

Flexible work timings. Growth opportunities Onsite opportunities for some projects to UK.
Cons
Once you leave the company , HR Team/ FnF team doesn't care about your Full & Final Settlement/Leave Encashment or Form 16 or your other queries. You have to chase them for either of them like crazy. It's been 4 months , they are yet to release my Leave Encashment of approx 25+ days. I have chased them for form 16 , my experience letter and FnF settlement. When I asked why I didn't get Leave encashment during my F&F settlement ,HR told me she isn't aware how Leave Encashment is related to FnF settlement. HRs here are never bothered to send such important documents by themselves. You have to remind them that they have a job apart from Bay decoration. I have gone upto 3rd Level escalation for 2 months for my leave encashment amount and nothing has changed . I feel cheated by an IT company !!! And I know I am not the only one who has struggled with the Leave Encashment after quitting the company.. that seems quite the usual business there .!!!
