Pros

Most of the time its quite easy to do and customers are usually nice to interact with. Difficulty in the role comes in about 10% of calls which all seem to happen at the same time.

Cons

Very stressful to start due to nature of the roll, constant improvement expected and high consequences for failure despite what management says.

Pros

Great colleagues , okay hours if you don't mind working every Saturday

Cons

Training was rushed, the role itself was filled with flaws, the systems were constantly crashing and were incredibly dated, you are treated as a number, as a company they tell you a bunch of lies but they have no respect for you, the head of HR is an absolute joke, she cares more about getting contracts more than the actual performance and the waste of resources it cost the company to constantly train new people, unfortunately for me it has been the worst, most disrespectful experience I have ever had in all my years working, now it makes sense why they are constantly hiring, as a company they absolutely fail to provide a valuable experience to it's employees, beautiful building ,vile company
