Culture is very two faced, they love everyone to their face, but watch out when it comes time for midyear and annual evaluations. It is like a cross between the TV show Survivor and Real Housewives. The amount of passive aggressive behind your back activities is stunning. Someone is going to end up in the bad review bucket so people do what they have to in order to stay safe. And they are very big into diversity and inclusion, it is woven into everything as if race and gender identity are the only things that matter. If you fall into one of the correct victim groups you are safe, if not then keep your head down because as I said someone has to be labeled as underperforming.

There is no tolerance for human error and ridiculous amounts of work. Each recruiter will have the workload of about 2-3 individual recruiters. Tech recruiting will burn you out unless you have a dedicated sourcer. Unrealistic metrics to fulfil w/out the slight chance of promotion or conversion to fulltime. Process changes constantly and you're expected to not make any mistakes
