Solid benefits and compensation package. Some of the most wonderful, talented people work here.

Cons

Limited training and practically no onboarding for new employees. Systems are outdated and do not communicate well with each other requiring the same data to be entered into 3+ systems. Board drives company without sharing the vision or roadmap with employees. Decisions are made without consulting employees that will be impacted the most. Overall gratitude towards your efforts go unnoticed and you will feel like you're on an island.

Dont care when you come in or leave as long as you dont have overtime

Cons

Manager was not supportive about what I need to do to better myself for opportunities within the company. They would not assistant in answering question or helping me grow in my role to move up.

Pros

Sedentary desk job. Not physically demanding. When I worked there they had a really good insurance plan.

Cons

As a call center for a bank, this job requires you to take a lot of grief from customers all day long. This is a high stress job. There is not a lot of back up from management. The policies and procedures that are in place do not do a very good job of helping you satisfy the customer.
