      Pros

      My boss was a consummate professional and great mentor. The work environment was unique and offered learning opportunities and exposure to scenarios most people never have.

      Cons

      Long term potential was very limited, primarily due to location. Compensation was also restricted by the nature of the institution and by the region/location.
