Pros

Great early in career kickstart for bachelor and master graduate students. Four industry wide recognized certificates (CCNA, DevNet Associate, CCNP, Devnet Professional). Possibility to network with executive leaders within the company as well as building your own network with the other CSAPers. It is definitely possible to join without prior experience in IT/Networking. Technical and sales bootcamp to learn everything about Cisco's portfolio, sales techniques and more. The Cisco Culture is great, very welcoming to associates. You are highly encouraged to get to know people, ask questions and find your strengths.

Cons

Management and the curriculum do expect a lot from the associates, extra hours are expected and not compensated. The Work From Home format does work quite well, but makes it harder to draw clear boundaries between leisure time and working hours.
