I had a virtual start and primarily still work virtually as I joined in 2020 but with that said: 1) Great culture: Helpful people, most people will reply to your messages regardless of how higher up they are 2) Benefits: UltraCare 4000 insurance for NZ. nuff said. Also, AUS allows you to salary package phone and also get novated car lease. 3) Pay: great for a grad
