Pros

First and foremost: the people! The amount of training and support is phenomenal. Going into the CSAP program I had high expectations. 3 months in, every single one of them was exceeded: some of the best instructors, IT tech courses that are geared toward the practical and relevant for the job, lab always open for "getting the hands dirty", sales training made fun. Did I mention the people? Everyone form my CSAP co-workers to experienced systems engineers to management (at all levels) is really supportive and approachable. Also, I had the chance to interact with people outside of my local office and they did not seem far at all. The pay is great, there is relocation support, I am happy with the insurance provided.

Cons

The training program is very engaging and intense. If not careful, maintaining a work-life balance becomes a struggle.

Pros

Typically work with qualified and fun colleagues on sales opportunities. Can be a fast-paced environment depending on your job role. Overall the management does a pretty good job and the benefits are comparable to other companies in the area

Cons

It's a large company, so some amount of bureaucracy is to be expected. It's not nearly as bad as some of the other companies I've experienced, but it does exist.

Pros

flexible schedule, can work from home, hands off management. Large old company so established benefits, good for older people with families to support

Cons

not comparable with younger tech companies like Google or Facebook....benefits and pay are not as high as the younger companies. you'll feel sad when you walk into a cubicle setup; even the open offices are not really conducive to collaboration because most people keep to themselves
