Pros

Incredibly flexible work/life integration, cutting edge technologies, brilliant people, and interesting work. My team has a great manager and we all really enjoy what we're doing.

Cons

Death of 1,000 budget cuts - constant pressure to drive down costs year after year. Projects get stopped or features & functionality get reduced to meet cost cutting requirements, however the work still remains to be done.
