Takes a long time and endless meetings to get things done. I came here from the public sector and I expected much quicker decision making on key issues. Management in my organization does not always communicate effectively how their decisions will impact their staff down the line. Large contingent work force. While this may be fine for managing expenses during business fluctuations the contingent work force does not get the same corporate culture messaging that Cisco "Blue Badge" employee get. This creates a hired hands mentality with some in the contingent workforce and sometimes slows down the decision making process.
