Everyone is intelligent, great leadership, fun culture. Even though we are a remote office, do to our Unified Commucations tools we feel like we are one company globally. You are permitted to take your own patch and own as much responsibility as you want.

very competitive - but his is also good. They have taken away a lot of small perks like free drinks, pay for home internet etc,

1) Good salary compared to others in same domain 2) Amazing talent around [people writing RSUs and ITU docs are here] 3) Highly aggressive co when it comes to technology and innovations 4) good work culture 5) stock options

Cons

1) pressure sometimes gets on the higher side. . Its not evenly distributed. 2) Promotions are not so frequent but then exceptions are made for exceptional talent 3) very few travel opportunities [it matters to middle class ppl in india] 4) Too many ppl. You might go unnoticed 5) Recruitment drives are getting aggressive and level of new hires falling
