Pros

Cisco was a great place to work for. There were plenty of perks (gym, snacks, etc..) and the people there seem genuinely nice (the ones I've come across at least).

Cons

I personally prefer working at a company with a start-up culture, so Cisco's "big company" feel didn't vibe too well with me.

Pros

1. Competitive salaries and benefits. 2. Lots of elearning opportunities, and you can study any area you want. 3. Very open and communicative corporate culture--you can always find out about other business units and their strategies. 4. Collaborative, team-based environment 5. Great internal IT resources and support, including latest videoconferencing and webinar tools

Cons

1. Lots of pressure to keep up with latest trends--you can't coast at Cisco. 2. There are still internal power struggles and individuals can still wreak havoc with their teams and employees. 3. Long hours 4. Poor internal HR support 5. Almost no admin support--you have to learn to do everything yourself
