      smart peoples cooperate to achieve common goals best benefits, health care, 401K... open communication between team mates and managers

      Pros

      Flexible working hours. Balanced working and personal life. need to be self-disciplined and self motivated. Tons of published technical materials, which can be a benefit for self-starting and self-taught.

      Cons

      Overtime work are needed in most of the field works, but not that often in my case. I have the experience of working 16 to 20 hrs in five days straight. However the company had noticed the stress and started to address this issue.
