      This company is a sure leader, and we have lots of resources to work with here. Those are big plusses.

      The problems I see at the company are the following: A very short term focus, and competing demands for time.

      Pros

      Work-life balance. For me, working from home is one of the best things I've ever done. Work more than I probably did when in the office, but it's balanced. Most people truly are interested doing the right thing (if they're not, I don't think they last). You have access to anyone and everyone. Make sure you value and respect their time, but they'll give you time if you prove your worth. Most people truly seem to care about you as a person.

      Cons

      Move so quickly that strategy seems to change continuously. Don't get to used to something, because it may change next month. They're HUGE on acquisitions. And large acquisitions can go EXTREMELY poorly.
