      Pros

      The company is filled with innovative, intelligent and creative people. I enjoyed working for a company that is not limited by brick and mortar. Leadership understands the power of connection and provides the tools and environment to support collaboration and the ability to "work smart". It is fantastic to work in a distributed virtual environment. The model allows people from different countries to participate, and provide valuable contributions to the initiative, project or discussion.

      Cons

      The constant change across the organization can be a challenge. Executive Leadership and mid management can be disconnected. This misalignment leads to inconsistent messaging and actions inconsistent with communication.
