      * Cisco creates and leverages tons of tools that make it easy to work from anywhere in the world, such as remote access devices and software, as well as revolutionary video-conferencing software (TelePresence). * Cisco employees are some of the best in the industry, and it's nice to work with smart people. * Cisco compensates employees well, at least with salary and bonus.

      Cons

      * Cisco's openness to working anywhere often means you will work more hours than you otherwise would in the office. * Retirement package is not very generous. * Cisco did away with merit pay increases many years ago, so there's no annual compensation increases.
