Cisco bought out our successful company and have ruined it in around 5 years. It's too big, what makes sense as a direction at the top, loses its way in translation down the layers and becomes farcical. Constant redundancies and reorganisations just to try and make the bean counters happy, with no real thought as to whether they make sense. Good people can be cut from important/successful projects because some line manager in the States has been told to cull x people and conversely some people can be left with a job title and a good salary, but no constructive work to do - soul destroying and I'm so happy I got out.
