Company management should treat contractors from cosnultancies also as a employees. Should make them permanent once they complete 2 years of work experience at cisco. That policy of removing contractor depending on thier flexibility is very bad. should consider them also as employees. Contractors also involved in making revenue to the company right. then why that much negligance about the contract employees life.
