      Stable company. You don't expect fire works.

      Cons

      The company is past its prime days. Many Indian Managers at the Low to Mid level battling out for their career advancement. Many decisions are based on 1. What is in it for me ? 2. Will this project me good to the higher ups ? 3. How can I block the other guy who seem to be going ahead in the race ? 4. I got the power, how can I show it to guys below me

      Telecommuting/working from home; some great people are still left. It's a good place to learn the technology if you're just getting into the industry, and you play your cards right.

      Cons

      Politics rules rather than technical innovation. In some specific cases, management covers up what should be firing offenses against "favorite sons" among the management team. Most managers are focused on building their empire, rather than building the company. Senior management doesn't understand the product they are actually building and selling, and doesn't know, within the company, who actually does.

      Opportunity to work with a lot of smart people (regretfully they are not always in leadership positions) If you can take the numerous re-organizations, there is often opportunity to learn more and broaden your resume

      Cons

      Politics reign supreme Politics determine who gets ahead, regardless of competence or lack thereof Insane work hours, every re-organization means more work
