Pros

- Good people at the field level overall - Pay and work life balance are good

Cons

- Executive leadership is so out of touch with reality it is pathetic. They make decisions without any feedback from the field. We are not an innovative company and are not focused on the right areas of growth like AI, accelerated computing, etc.. - Tons of administrative work that is not helpful or focused on customers. Too many overlay resources that distract from customers and selling and force dumb tasks to validate their own existence - Products are getting worse and we have less and less resources to support technically - Consistent layoffs have demoralized the company while the ELT keeps making millions a year and have failed us as a company, but take no responsibility

Pros

Friends/coworkers Benefits Stock Purchase Program

Cons

Toxic Leadership at MPO level and above. Political hires Lack of swim lanes Lack of compensation and transparency (Ive been at microsoft, Azure etc and I have never seen such a manual process) Political "check-ins" with toxic leadership at CEO and HR forcing the agenda (I don't come to work to listen to social justice programs that alienate people, I come to learn about what we're doing to innovate, progress and our strategy) Goaling component is a nightmare and we are losing more money than we already have No budget to travel and make an impact. Competition is killing us and continues to do so because leadership. Toxic MPO leadership that has destroyed our team cohesion.
