Pros

You have so little work and responsibility that you're free to just not show up for work and do your own thing. Use this time to search for other jobs or learn skills that will help you get other jobs. Can coast your entire career here doing nothing and still end with about a 200k salary.

Cons

Everyone here is unmotivated. It's like the McDonalds of tech companies. Only stay here if you too are unmotivated. Otherwise gain some skills on Coursera and leave to the other awesome companies in the Silicon Valley. Sure you'll work longer hours, but you won't hate your life.

Pros

coworkers are fantastic and very supportive.

Cons

you get no where if you don't manage up. IT Management is out of touch with reality. Unimaginable politics and no growth . No work life balance unless you have a great manager (there are a few). Threaten to leave and perhaps you will get a promo otherwise look outside . Low pay, no RSU allotments on a regular basis. Throw someone under the bus attitudes
