      Not paid the annual bonus after leaving CISCO

      All good things which you heard/read in other reviews.

      Cons

      CISCO used to pay bonus to their employee who was part of CISCO till Jul/Aug. This year despite doing great business they did not paid bonus to their ex employee. So,becareful if in CISCO they claim this ethical practice

      Pros

      Life and work balance and good benefit packages.

      Cons

      Everything else is horrible. Lots of employees mainly act as "police officers" and lots of other people work like slaves.

      Used to be a great company, where the CEO was concerned about his employees. Today, all he cares about is the bottom line. Doesn't care about the health of the employees

      Too political... Experience does not matter to this company. They only look at 20 or 30-year-olds with no experience and that will take that job at low-cost. All about the bottom line. People do not matter. Used to be a great company in the 90s, but all they look for now, is trying to cut costs anywhere they can
