- Great place for less experienced people (<10) to grow and explore. - Huge scope to explore different career options within a single company. - Nice work place, facilities includes play areas, gyms, multiple food options. - Best transportation facility. - Great place to relax n retire, if you are looking out for management roles..

Cons

- Not competitive pay masters. - Diluted engineering expertise, atleast @ India. - Pathetic management. Managers are struggling hard to ruin Cisco reputation. Technical know how of management chain getting very very thin. Was not the same few years back. Infact managers are working based on perception instead of addressing their responsibilities (most of them).
