Pros

Brand name Market leader Salary at higher side in the industry

Cons

Here, all that matters is the numbers. No care for personal time for employees. If you are a developer, how many LOC, how many bugs fixed is all that matters. If you are a test engineer, how many bugs filed, LOC in automation, no. of test cases. Most of the products use very old Networking technology. Not much of innovation in most of the teams. Not much growth for employees. No salary hike given in last two years for most of the employees.
