Pros

They have great benefits, and you get to work from home with certain positions. Certain locations will have schedules available for you to choose from but mostly afternoon/night work from my experience.

Cons

The expectations they set for their employees can be very overwhelming and if you don’t meet the goal, they set for you which is based off of some aspects that you can’t control you will be written up and potentially fired. Their favorite motto is “the C in Citi means change “ because once you get something down, they will immediately change it. Also, there is no job security not even for management positions.

Pros

Training is tedious, but job is fairly easy as long as you have a good mindset and healthy home. I just unfortunately had health issues along with another family member so was difficult to commit to the schedule.

Cons

They use a third party company for medical leave, which both they and Citi have limited means of contact outside of phoning in.
