Pros

Good benefits - pension, annual leave, sick pay Ability to work from home when required Some flexibility around working hours

Cons

IT project work is mainly off-shore. Belfast office only seems to get some code updates to work on. Not good if you want to have a career or progress a career in IT. Poor management Long and late hours expected to get work done - but no compensation for this Sterile workplace - factory feel People quite tense and under stress and pressure

Pros

Overall, great company to work for. Interesting projects to work on, and the opportunity to work with global teams.

Cons

Each time there was a change in upper management, the top priorities would change. Although, it does make sense to assess potential changes, and definitely cancel certain projects, it does not make sense to kill a project when it is ready to implement and the investment has been made, just due to the fact a new leader doesn't feel the value in the project.

Pros

Basic great benefits. However, 401K matches contributions once a year; not paycheck a paycheck.

Cons

Management is terrible. People talk down and disrespect each other. Management does what pleases when it comes to hiring new team members. Lots of favoritism. Disparate treatment at its best. A great company name to have on one's resume; however, a bad experience as an employer. Expected to work average of additional 10 - 20 hours per week from home. Salaries are off and do not go with one's experience. Horrible experience.
