Pros

1st week of work was chill. Just shadowed people and seems lay back branch. Branch is streamline so more work than other branches.

Cons

Low volume transactions. Not a lot of customers. Citibank emphasizes on selling the products and services a lot. Tellers need to sell. Have a daily and weekly quota for referrals.

Pros

- Interesting groups of people - Trainers are nice - Potential for growth

Cons

- Was brought in as temp so no benefits - If falling behind in casework, no additional training just let go - Quantity is valued over quality. If someone is faster but has a lower accuracy rate, they're still on as opposed to someone with a higher accuracy rating but few cases done. It's a case by case basis so it's not a real fair standard.
