Pros

The work is interesting and their is always room for improvement. The days fly by because their is always plently of work to do. Everyday is different, twists and subjective decisions make you stay on your toes.

Cons

There is a disconnect between management and what lower us lower level peons are doing. The nature of the division forces 300+ people to make subjective evaluations. Continuity and objectives need to be unified. Or providing continuing training while also increasing analyst freedom.

Pros

average benefits, 401k, stocks, insurance, vacation pay, sick day paid but never really let you utilize it, so overall benefits are not bad.

Cons

unfair pay promotion, not ethical, hyprocritical, do not work for the company if you are looking for long time job + or advancement. Stay away form citibank.
