Very flexible with schedule Some great programs for work from home

Cons

Culture makes promotions based on personality rather than performance or character If you don't work in one of the headquarter sites, you quickly top out Raises are few and far between and usually less than the cost of living increase Technology is antiquated Inability to leverage technology and processes across business lines

always new things to learn. challenging work environment. fun people to work with. rewarded for hard work by immemdiate management team

Cons

upper management doesn't appear to care about us lowley workers. co-workers who feel entitled to a better job. lack of communication between senior management and staff.

Great company, decent benefits, networking opportunities, great perks to musuems,parks, etc.

Cons

Promotion takes some time lots of wasted talent on duplicate positions, at least in recession, bonuses suffer great name but not able to change with the times
