You need to push management for your professional growth. Since its such a large organization, it is easy to move around into different businesses.

Cons

Business does not provide level of support needed for a organization to run smoothly. This hinders the maximization of efficiency of the workers.

The pay is good and the flexability is unbelievable. You can work from home when you want and make your own schedule.

Cons

Moving up is based on who you know and not how well you do your job.They lay people off that have been there for a long time and then hire new employees to pay them less.
