Pros

great benefits, lots of advancement early on. Great way to get your foot into the banking industry . Call Center offered advancement to get securities licenses.

Cons

Management is not always the best. Once you hit a certain spot it can get trapped. With the current situation with Citi movement has kinda froze at this time.

Pros

1st week of work was chill. Just shadowed people and seems lay back branch. Branch is streamline so more work than other branches.

Cons

Low volume transactions. Not a lot of customers. Citibank emphasizes on selling the products and services a lot. Tellers need to sell. Have a daily and weekly quota for referrals.
