Pros

It is a good paying company. However, the work environment sucks and most of the time the promotion is based on how are your terms with your manager.

Cons

Very non competitive environment. Though higher management looks smart, the middle manager level guys are horrible. Compensation wise its good.

Pros

Flexible work programs (AWS/FWS/work at home), opportunity for movement within and around the company, huge organization with lots of businesses and people to meet

Cons

Too big for its own good; bureaucracy creates too much red tape, hard to get things done across businesses since company is so incredibly large.

Pros

The hours are great, and vacation time and ability to take time off is fair.

Cons

See headline. Management has zero regard for tenure. New employees are paid competitively and treated well, allegedly valuable existing employees have conceded to the fact that there will be no bonuses for the foreseeable future, promotions mean nothing, and they need to be looking for new jobs.
