Pros

Benefits were much better than average, especially maternity leave

Cons

No paper on your desk EVER- no post its in your garbage or you get written up- you get a mark against you for being 1 minute late, even in a snow storm -unless the boss happened to get stuck in traffic

Pros

The benefits were decent, in comparison to similar jobs. Training was thorough and informative. Management was also communicative and understanding to employees needs.

Cons

The salary was not great, although it was similar to other jobs in this field. Hours are also a con, as late nights and weekends are requred at times.

Pros

I spent pretty much an entire year doing nothing. I moved from group to group until finally I was in a position that only had around 5 hours a week of real work. I had an awesome summer where I was off pretty much the entire time. However I eventually had to give it up or risk a go nowhere career.

Cons

There are still a lot of projects being canned and people getting laid off. Change is constant and drastic, never stopping.
