Ok, as far as banks go.

Pros

Citigroup provided great resources and opportunities. The pay was reasonable but not as high as some other firms like Goldman or Merrill.

Cons

The work life balance was rough. I worked in both SF and NY and SF was much better. It's also tough to make connections in a company so large.
